Pursuant to Article 45 of the current Regulations, the City Council is hereby convened for an ordinary session on Monday, May 4, 2026, at 6:00 PM in the Council Chamber at Corso Italia 72, to discuss the following agenda:

1. Appreciation and sharing of the policy document pursuant to Municipal Council Resolution No. 146 of April 22, 2026, regarding the short-term occupation of state-owned maritime property areas as provided for in Article 24, paragraph 1, letter b, of Regional Law No. 1 of February 22, 2019 (Proposal No. 54 of April 23, 2026)

2. Approval of the "Municipal Regulations for the Regulation of the Criteria for Issuing No Objection Certificates for Short-Term Maritime State Authorizations." (Proposal No. 55 of April 23, 2026)
