The Government with the inter-ministerial decree of 24 June 2026   has identified the beneficiaries of the Carta Dedicata a Te 2026 and 2027.

The beneficiaries of the aforementioned measure are citizens belonging to households, resident in Italy, in possession of the following requirements as of the date of publication of the same inter-ministerial decree, i.e., August 3, 2026:

·          registration of all members of the family unit in the Resident Population Registry (Municipal Registry);

·          possession of a valid ordinary ISEE certification, pursuant to Prime Ministerial Decree no. 159 of 5 December 2013, with an indicator not exceeding €15,000.00 per year.

The aforementioned beneficiaries do NOT need to submit any application since the list of recipients is defined a priori by INPS according to the aforementioned requirements.
